杨远俊,19844月出生,硕士生导师,副教授,曾在美国布朗大学物理系开展自旋电学器件制备科学和性能调控研究,随后在中国科学技术大学物理学院、合肥微尺度国家实验室开展博士后研究,在中国科学技术大学国家同步辐射实验室做特任副研究员,从事先进功能薄膜材料(如:多铁性材料、红外敏感材料和高灵敏磁场探测材料或复合结构等)制备科学和器件物理研究,发展同步辐射先进表征手段和方法(X-ray吸收、光电子能谱、高分辨X-ray 衍射、红外近场显微等技术)研究先进功能材料结构-性能关联规律,揭示其结构和性能的原位多场调控机制,得到国内同行的肯定,获得了中国物理学会同步辐射专业委员会第五届全国同步辐射学术会议青年之光一等奖。目前,已培养博士1名和在读博士生1名,在读硕士生2名。曾主持了多个国家级项目:如博士后面上和特别资助、国家自然基金委青年项目,作为研究骨干参与了国家自然基金委的面上项目、重点项目、创新群体项目以及科技部重点研发计划项目等;主持的省级项目:如安徽省青年创新基金项目。在此基础上,取得了一系列研究成果,在Appl. Phys. Lett.Phys. Rev. BPhys. Rev. Lett.等国际期刊上发表研究论文30余篇,中国专利1(已授权)

一、主要研究领域和研究方向

      1、材料物理;多铁性材料、红外敏感材料和高灵敏磁场探测材料或复合结构、磁电子学及自旋电子学材料及其微结构等;

      2、凝聚态物理;关联电子体系(如:多铁性、巨磁阻、金属-绝缘体转变等)结构和性能的超敏量子调控;

     3、同步辐射及应用。先进功能材料和器件多场调控的原位同步辐射表征;

  

二、研究工作创新点和特色之处:

    1、技术上,发展同步辐射先进表征手段和新方法(X-ray吸收、光电子能谱、高分辨X-ray 衍射、红外近场显微等技术),并集成原位多场条件(电场、温度场、磁场和光等),与常规物性测量和理论计算相结合,多方位/多波段表征先进功能材料的结构及性能;基于高灵敏磁场探测和军用红外探测的技术需求,利用先进微纳加工技术将先进功能薄膜材料器件化,具有巨大的应用潜力;

    2、科学上,选择材料科学和凝聚态物理的重大科学问题、并有重大需求的先进功能材料(复杂过渡金属氧化物、多铁性材料及其异质结、红外敏感材料、磁电子材料等)为研究对象,发展先进同步辐射表征技术和研究先进功能材料结构-性能关联规律并进,揭示先进功能材料结构和性能的多场调控规律和机制。
